Last week I got home from a week of vacation in southern France. More precisely, the town called
Fréjus. I haven't got many photos to show for, from that trip, but I'm putting up a few for your viewing
    pleasure.

This was the first time I used my camera (EOS 7D) in water. I was a bit afraid it might leak, as I was just using an underwater bag, and not a solid underwater case.
But it kept the water out, and I got some descent shots out of it.

Long time no see. I've been quite busy at school and with everything else these days, which has
given me little time for photography. At least, now I'm back!

Yesterday, I went to Drammen to take som photohraphs at the 'Working Class Hero' festival.
The concert I mainly photographed was the one where the norwegian band Skambankt played.
    The photos are displayed below.

In addition to this, I've uploaded a video, in the video-section.
This is the one i mentioned in the previous post. A short documentary about Facebook and privacy.
(The movie language is in norwegian)

Today, I had an interview with the former president of The Norwegian Data Inspectorate.
The frontside-picture is now of him, and I've also added the photo to the 'people-section'.

The reason why I interviewed him, was beacuse of a film, me and a fellow student are making. It's about
Facebook, and how our personal life gets affected by the growth of social medias. He was the right guy to ask.
When the film is done, I will publish it here as well.

Today, I picked up som photos that I've shot during the fall, at the shop.
These are photos shot with my SMENA 8M-Camera, that I bought at eBay. It's a camera from the old Soviet,
dated back to 1960. It uses 35mm-film. Some of the photos is displayed below. The last one is not taken
by the SMENA, but it is a photo of the camera, taken by my Canon eos 30D.

All these photos are un-edited. I think it's fun to try out some analog photography, as well as digital.
I've got a film-roll of black and white film, ready for processing, but I will most probably make those myself.
    I'm looking forward to it!

Tonight, Stabæk and Tromsø played a match in the Norwegian Premiere Divission in soccer.
The match ended with a 0-1 score to Tromsø. A lot happened during the game. Stabæks coach got expelled
from the match, and had to remain at the tribunes to the end of the game. I used my remote camera as an addition to my regular one, during this match. The only problem was that I placed it behind the goal that
no one scored at. Better luck next time.
Here's some of tonights photos: (The last one is of how my remote looks like, for those interested)

Btw: April 12th, Adobe will launch Creative Suite 5, including the new Photoshop CS5. I Can't wait.
There is a new feature in the program, called content aware fill, which allows you to eaysily remove unwanted
particles from your photo (of couse not allowed for press) but for home- or add use, it will be great!

Yesterday, I got home from my vinter-break.
I spent about 1/2 a week at Valdres, in the mountains. With plenty of snow and ok weather conditions
I had a great time. I also got the chance to take som photos while we where there:

I'm adding a couple of these photos to the misc.-category, which will be the easiest way to find
    them in the future

I've used the new Adobe Aperture 3 to tune these photos, just to try it out.
I think I need to test it out a little more to give a conculsion of what I think about it, but so far it looks
like I will be using it a lot. The only con is the extremlely slow exporting of my photos, and besides that,
it happens to crash as well.
Hopefully an update will fix these errors, but until then, I'll hang in there.

A while ago, I wrote about a photosession we had at school, where we learned about pinhole-cameras.
I promised to post the photo i did that day, but I didn't get my hand on it before now. It is on the frontpage
of this site, so there is a slight chance that you may have seen it allready, but here it is:

I am also planning to do a little redecoration in this blog. As a result of this fix, updates will be shown in a list,
allowing you to browse trough all previous updates in a much simpler way. Time saved, for both you and me.
This is the only planned change at this website in near future.
Until changes are made; stay tuned for new updates at this blog (alltough it's been a little while since
    last time)

A couple of days ago I received a stack of business cards from MOO
I would like to mention these, beacuse they're especially great for photographers who wants to show their
photos. MOO let's you upload a bunch of your photos, and then they'll randomly put one photo on the one side
of your business cards. That way you'll have many different cards, which is much better than just having one.
On the other side of the card, you'll have your contact information, which is the same for every card.

Some of my cards. The black stripe with text will not appear on the cards you may order.
I got mine for free trough Demotix, which lead to a little bit of advertisement on the cards.
